A New Chapter
Welcome back everyone!
Established in April of 2012 as Paint It Black Photography, we had welcomed up until 2019 well over 200+ clients (New & repeat) to use and experience our services and products.
From the ground up we have built our small local business, with the intent of bringing happiness and relaxed sessions to each client we met and captured!
With much success and positive review/feedback we began being published in magazines such as PUMP Magazine & Weight Watchers and most recently NZ CON ARTIST (Australian Special) along with having the chance to be apart of many as 20+ Cosplay Conventions & Events such as Supernova , OZ Comic Con, Batman Trivia Night, Sydney Pride March and an incredible moment to have the chance to exhibit our work with RAW Artists Wollongong.
We re open our doors this year in 2019 as a new brand HeyMoody, with a chance to expand and explore on our current services we offer to welcome other small local businesses/artists such as Hair & Makeup,Cake Bakers, DJS & Musician Services to be apart of what we have to offer here at HeyMoody.
After 6 years we felt it was time to bring growth to what we had originally began and provide a fresh change.
With new and improved equipment, services and products, we hope to create affordable, and memorable moments with each and every new client we bring through our doors.

I couldn't recommend a better photographer! After years of following Laura's work it was finally my time to be in the spot light for my maternity shoot. Our photos have all turned out beautiful and our photos we will cherish forever! Being photographed isn't something I love, but Laura made me feel beautiful on the day, which reflects the outcome of the photos. So much patience and was happy to just sit with me when I started getting Braxton Hicks.. and didn't get annoyed in the slightest! So laid back and easy going and made sure we got every shot I wanted plus so many more! Thank you so much Laura! I can't wait to do our newborn shoot when our baby girl finally arrives!
